Instant cover Promise* – Unlike most service plans, we don’t have a cooling off period which means you are covered as soon as you sign up.
Boiler Replacement Promise* – If your boiler is less than 7 years old and we can’t repair it, we will replace it.

What’s not included in your cover
- Pre-existing, system design, installation faults or inaccessible parts
- None emergency tasks as detailed in your user guide. eg. re-pressurising systems, bleeding radiators, resetting controls or replacing batteries
- Faults caused by you or someone else you used for repair
- Damage caused by or arising from sludge, hard water scale and other debris in the central heating system and related pipework
- Damage caused by weather or freezing
- Faults when your home is empty or unoccupied for more than 28 days in a row
- Damage arising as a result of disconnection from, re-connection to or interruption of the gas, electricity or water mains services to your home
- Properties used as business premises
- Smart or internet connected thermostats or devices
- Taps & toilets or internal & external drains
- Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware and sealant
- Radiators, water tanks or cylinders that cannot be repaired
- Underfloor heating, towel rails, unvented hot water cylinders and non-standard parts
